I ordered gloves from Signature Lacrosse and used their size chart, since that’s what I figured I was supposed to trust. My kid usually wears a medium, so I went with that, but the whole thing ended up being frustrating.

The fingers were super tight, but then the wrist area was oddly loose, so they just fit weird all around. It didn’t feel like a true medium at all, and the sizing info didn’t make it clear that they might run like this. He couldn’t even use them for practice.
I looked into returning them, but the process felt like more trouble than it was worth. Now they’re just sitting here unused, and I’m annoyed because clearer communication about the fit could’ve avoided the whole mess. I probably won’t order gear from them again.

I reached out about the warranty, but the whole thing was slow and not all that helpful. I kind of expected more support with this, but it just felt like I was getting nowhere.

I asked for a mid pocket, but what I got was far off from that. It didn’t feel right at all, so I ended up having to redo the stringing myself. Maybe they get it right sometimes, but my experience was definitely a miss.

I ordered a few lacrosse items and, i had a good feeling about it when I checked out. Everything showed up exactly how I picked it online, sizes, colors, and the custom details were all spot on. No mix-ups, no weird surprises, and shipping was totally fine. It was a straightforward order, but my gut says they’ve got their process dialed in, because I didn’t have to deal with any fixes or returns

The shaft grip feels nice, honestly... not too sticky or anything. I’ve used it for a few games now, and yeah, it’s held up well so far.

It got here quickly, which was a nice surprise because apparently miracles do happen with shipping.

I’ve been using it for a while now, the performance kind of depends on the day. Some days everything runs smoothly and I don’t really think about it, but other times it feels slower or less reliable than I’d like. It’s not terrible, just a little inconsistent in my experience.

I placed a order and had a question after that, but getting someone to actually reply was such a hassle. I sent emails, waited for days, and when I finally got answer, it was super short and didn’t really solve anything.
Maybe other people had better experience, but for me their customer service was just frustrating. I don’t like having to chase the company after I already paid, so I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I’ve had this goal set up in my yard for a few months now, and it’s been getting used a lot. We’ve put a ton of shots on it, and so far the net and frame are still holding up great. No problems at all yet, which has been a nice surprise...

I got a stick from Signature Lacrosse it felt good at first. No complaints there. But after just a few weeks of regular use, the mesh started wearing out way faster than it should have. For what I paid, that’s really frustrating, and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect better durability. Shipping was fine and the stick wasn’t terrible, but the fact that it didn’t last is on them. Disappointing overall.

Umm, I felt like the prices were higher than they should be. I found the same gear cheaper at other places, so it kind of felt unfair to me.

I came away feeling like this wasn’t really worth what I paid. From the way everything was presented, I assumed it was going to feel a bit more premium, but the gear was just okay. Once shipping got added in, the total made it feel like a weak deal. I probably wouldn’t order from Signature Lacrosse again unless the prices came down.

I was let down by the whole experience. My order took longer to arrive than I expected, and trying to get any help or updates was frustrating. I felt like I had to keep following up just to find out what was going on. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but I don’t think I’d order from here again.

I had a tough time using the site. It felt confusing, pages were slow, and it took way longer than it should have to find what I needed. Checkout was annoying too. I feel like if a company is asking people to spend their money there, the least they can do is make the experience clear, fair, and respectful of customers' time.

The pocket on mine felt a little shallow and needed more breaking in than I was expecting. I can’t say if they’re all like that since I only tried this one, but it definitely wasn’t ready to use right away. Not awful, just kind of okay.

I spent some time playing around on signaturelacrosse.com, and the customization was the best part for me. Being able to mess with different colors and stringing options made it feel like I was actually building something personal instead of just picking a standard stick.

Once I got further into it though, a few parts felt more limited than I expected, especially when it came to seeing exactly how everything would look before placing the order. From my experience, it’s not a bad setup at all, just not quite as smooth or detailed as I was hoping for. I’d put it around 3 stars overall...

I tried the stick and right away I figured it would be comfortable, but it’s just okay. It has a decent feel, though it comes off a bit stiff, so I’m guessing it might not be the best for longer use.

I grabbed a pack of balls from Signature Lacrosse they seemed fine at first. The grip was decent and they shot normal, so I didn’t think much of it. But after using them a bit, a few started getting slick faster than I expected, which was frustrating. They’re okay for practice, but once that happened, I kind of lost trust in them for anything more serious. I wouldn’t feel great using them in a game. Not the worst balls I’ve used, but definitely not my favorite either. Three stars feels about right
